- Information generated through your use of Calliope (dashboards, natural-language queries, AI Business Analyst interactions, uploaded files, goals, configurations, etc.).
- Conversations via chat or email with our team.
- Information collected through forms, surveys, or feedback regarding Calliope.
2.2 Information from your business systems
When you connect data sources such as CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), advertising platforms, ERPs, SQL databases, and others, we may receive:
- Marketing data (spend, impressions, clicks, campaigns, audiences…).
- Sales and CRM data (pipeline, opportunities, accounts, revenue…).
- Operational or financial data from the systems you integrate.
- Metadata required for synchronization, performance, and system security.
We never access information you haven't explicitly authorised.

Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — A European provider with strong security and GDPR compliance.
Some services may operate across distributed geographic locations. In every case, we ensure GDPR-compliant processing and adequate safeguards.
